About Us
Over 25 years experience in mapping soils and landforms, and in interpreting soil profiles to support archaeological investigations. Geomorphological information can guide the planning of archaeological testing strategies by concentrating on areas with a high potential to contain intact prehistoric occupation sites and avoiding areas with little or no potential, such as disturbed areas or floodplains with only modern sediment deposition. Extensive experience with Phase I, II, and III investigations in Pennsylvania, Ohio, New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia, and Kentucky.
