Farmlands

To comply with Pennsylvania’s farmland protection regulations, impacts to farmlands and farming operations must be assessed and determined to be unavoidable before the land can be acquired for public projects. Margaret Sams Consulting can interview landowners and affected operators, identify impacts, suggest mitigation measures, and coordinate the farmlands assessment from the project planning states through the testimony before the Pennsylvania Agricultural Lands Condemnation Approval Board.
